At first I thought this was a good product. The installation kit was very easy to use and I liked the setup. The screen protecter, however, cracked after the first drop: very slow fall from about 2 feet up. Waste of money.

Did not last 3 months before spontaneously cracking on both sides and all over the entire screen. Otterbox has you pay for shipping so you will pay more for their poor product. Do not recommend.

Terrible, did not stick on the phone well even with proper application, the edges peel upward immediately. I just bought this phone and it was new out of box and wiped down with the wipes and anti dust. Wasted money.

Screen shattered within 3 weeks for no reason. Otterbox customer service said they would send me a new one and that they didn’t need the old one. Two weeks later they said they did need it and I had already thrown it away as I was expecting the new one in the mail. They made the mistake but will not honor their warranty.

20 dollars (on sale) for a singular screen protector that doesn’t even fully stick to the phone around the entire edge. I’ll order a pack of 3 on amazon for $8 with higher expectations.

This is by far the worst screen protector that comes with an “easy” install kit. It is quite clear that otterbox skimped on quality to prioritize their profits. I’ve bought cheaper screen protectors with better install kits than this. It states it is fingerprint resistant, meanwhile I can see my fingerprints with the screen on. I couldn’t even install the screen protector correctly due to how faulty the “easy” install kit is.
