Easily assembled. Case fits fairly securely in the holder. Previous phone was a SE carried in-pocket so still getting used to an object on my hip that can be bumped/snagged, no real issues just a learning curve. Only one short fall so far. It hit on a corner edge with no damage to phone or case.

I've bought 3 of these over the past 3 years and cannot imagine anything better to protect an iphone. I have dropped my phone on concrete many, many times with no damage. I even submerged one in the swimming pool with no damage. Not only does the case provide complete protection, I love the belt clip. I will never consider any other case for my iphones!

I have used OtterBox's on all my phones for many years and they protected every one of them from many drops. The trick I found to attaching the unit to your device is patience. Read the instructions carefully before you try to attach it.

Build quality is superb. The iPhone 13 Mini version lasted 1.2 years before the plastic inner shell cracked. Currently waiting until Otterbox restocks the case to get a replacement under warranty Even so, it’s still protecting my iPhone 13 Mini from drops. I’ve gotten another for my iPhone 13. The 13 is a backup phone (13 mini is main), so it will get little use. I expect the case to easily last 4-5 yrs. I highly recommend this case to anyone who knows they can’t avoid dropping it and if the case eventually gives, wants to replace it. Lifetime Warranty for the WIN!

The Defender case was good.The premium glass saver had a small defect, but you replaced it. I’m disappointed that the Defender case no longer comes with a screen protector.
