I’ve had my case a matter of weeks. It broke already!

I bought my first Otterbox because it had a flap that covered the charging port. This is important because, as a welder I need to keep metal particles out of the port. The tab broke off just after the warranty expired. I purchased a second one. Hopefully the tab will stay on longer.

iPhone 12 mini (2 tone) case is amazing. little flap that goes over the charger hole wont stay in place but i assume their just like that at first. a couple weeks later its inching toward going shut, even if it never does i find that overlookable beings as quality is through the roof.

Not what I expected but it does the job. The case doesn’t have the grippy texture of the old Commuter series but time will tell if this new iteration is better.

No worries when I drop my phone. I like the cover over the charge portal to keep it clean.

Love the size of this case--beefy but not too beefy. BUT the case is not tight enough on the phone and it regularly starts to pop out of the case.

It’s a typical otterbox, bulky, but protective. Gets the job done, but not impressed.

The box was an easy install with the phone. Once installed it’s formal in there, it will not fall out. It looks good. It doesn’t affect the audio. And you get full visual. Just what I needed and just what I wanted, a five star box.

Love the Commuter Case. Great fit with iPhone 13 mini. Good colors. Rubberized edges are the best part.

The quality of this product is fine, but the design is horrendous. I purchased it because it's a bit thicker than other cases, and I was excited that it was going to level out the bumper on the back of the phone which surrounds the camera lens array, so the phone would sit flat. Turns out that I just traded one annoying ridge for another. The bumpers on the side of the case create a lateral high-center line, so once again, the phone doesn't sit flat; it rocks along that high-centering line like a teeter-totter as you tap on different areas of the screen.

Phenomenal cover. Not too bulky, but still a 2 layer case. Hard plastic outside helps it slip in and out of a pocket easily, but has 2 rubber spots on the back that help it not slide around on smooth surfaces.

Otterbox never disappoints me. Their cases are truly built to last. Been buying their cases for years, and they’ve protected my phones from countless drops and damage. I’ll be a longtime customer, that’s for sure!

I dropped this 12 feet onto hardwood floor, and there isn’t a single scratch on my phone. Worth the $$

This case doesn’t fit my iphone 13 mini very well. A couple of fitting problems are the charging port cover, and the corner that the cameras are in. The charging port cover does not close all the way and sticks further out than it should. Also, the case does not fit correctly in the corner that the cameras are in. The hard outer shell does not fit into the silicone inner shell grooves and it stays “popped out”. I’ve tried several times to get this corner to fit properly, but no luck.

I love this case! I didn’t rate it 5 stars for two reasons though. First, the hard plastic is slippery. The grippy part on the sides is great but it’s hard to hold. Then again, I have butterfingers which is why I bought the case. The durability has been great for that reason. Second, the depth of the case makes my phone feel thick! It’s because of the all around screen protection. Again, another pro. Overall, its a great case but grip and depth have taken time to get used to.

We bought otter box phone cases because they have a good reputation. I got this one for my iPhone13 and my husband got a different one for his pro. Honestly I am not overly impressed as they have only lasted 9-12 months before breaking. Yes I know I can get a replacement, but for the price I would expect the case to last 2-3 years.

My case is great, after going a couple days without it I can relax. Handling the phone without a case was difficult. I was nervous it would slip out of my hands and shatter. The case is easy to hold, doesn’t slip, stylish and above all, my phone is safe! The color is attractive and the feel of the case in your hand is secure.
