Otterbox XR Protection is OK
This product provides good protection for my iPhone XR. However, my previous version allowed me to clip the phone into the holster that came with my original Otterbox XR case. Now, I can only carry the phone in my pocket which is a bit of a pain.

XR IPhone case
The phone cover is fine. I had one before and I thought I ordered the same type of cover. At first i thought I had ordered the wrong cover but once I had removed all of the old cover, I realized it would fit. In all, it fits well and is build well.

OtterBox Commuter series case.
Very sturdy. My husband works in construction and drops his phone frequently. He also likes the door covering the area where the power cord connects. A lot of dirt/debris was getting in there before the OtterBox case.

Its not toddler proof
My two year old threw the phone because he was angry about something The case cracked along with the screen. It hadn’t been a good month since I purchased the case.

Case won’t break but your phone might
Case itself is extremely sturdy. But the commuter is just entirely too slippery. I drop it constantly and even resorted to buying one of the little stick on wallets just so I had something to hold onto. And thanks to all the dropping, my screen has cracked twice with this case on.

Functional, Not stylish
It replaces first Otterbox. Limited options after so many years. It is utilitarian rather than stylish. Too heavy.

Not worth it
I used to purchase Otter Box cases for my phones but they constantly broke/did not protect my phone from damage. I switched to LifeProof cases and was always super happy with the product. With the company merge, I was forced to switch back to Otter and was hoping for the best. After having the case on my phone for less than a week, both my phone and the case are broken from a drop of less than 2ft. Super bummed and will not purchase again.

Phone Will Last UNtouched Forever !
