this is only half a case nothing to protect the front from scratches or impact i needed fully enclosed case for more protection . Now i have 3 half cases Military grade that do me no good . We don't send our military out half protected but the Commuter series case does . === not recommended ===

I tried the case but it was too big for my phone. The phone case was too big.

I got two of these cases for myself and my husband. We love them - it makes the phone easy to hold, and we both love the charge port cover. It makes it easier to have at the poolside - in case the phones get splashed, we don't have to worry about any water getting into the charging port. We've had these cases for just over a year, and the only thing we're not happy about is the upper right side - for some reason it has separated from the phone, and we do not take the case off from there. We're not sure why it happened, but it happened to both of our phone cases, so maybe it's a possible defect? It showed up about 5-6 months after we had the cases. That aside, we do love the cases.

Otter makes a great case without being larger than it needs to be for good protection.

Perfect,small enough to fit in my favorite case. Easy to grip.

I bought my Otterbox maybe 1 yr ago from your company and really loved it. Slim and protective. I have Galaxy S22+ 5G The only issue was the same fault that was mentioned in a previous review. That is the upper right hand corner started to come slightly loose. Not enough material there. That interfered with the two volume buttons. But I've bought a 2nd one today from customer rep Kyle who handled things perfect.

The S21 is slippery and this Otterbox for the phone is just perfect for my husband's phone

The top of my case No longer fits. It's flexing out away from the phone. The top plastic piece isn't staying on the rubber. It lasted 6 months.

I bought 2 yesterday because I have always love otterboxes but the S21+ 6.7" rubber material that goes inside would only wrap around the top of my screen and does not fit around the edges of my screen. Also the volume buttons aligned. I tried both cases and same issue, i also went back tot he store and tried the one on the shelf, and same issue. Am I the only having this issue? Is this how its supposed to fit? From the photos you'll think just pull the rubber over the screen, but trust me ive had multiple people try. I have had otterboxes on 2 other phones and they always fit perfect and had a full lip around the whole screen not just the top and bottom.

Love he commuter style of otterbox...get the protection in a non-bulky form. Also, it feels like it wont slip out of my hand.

They sent half a case, the clear front part was missing. Can't get anyone on the phone. This was just a waste of money. I suggest everyone look somewhere else for a case. It really is a shame because I've good luck in the past with Otterbox.

Good lip around screen in order to protect it, without hindering any use of the screen or side use gestures. Best button design yet. Only gripe is that the lower part of the sides of the case can be Abit slick to hold on to.

I like the looks of the Case, although I would have enjoyed more color choices. The big problem for me was that it was VERY slick to hang onto, and too heavy. I never drop my phone, but with a few minutes, I had dropped the phone twice, and it slid off a sofa (it was not by the edge). I had to send it back. I thought of replacing it with the Symmetry, however when I called customer service, they told me that the Symmetry had the same type of plastic, and did not have the rubbery silicone side grip. As for recommending for friend, I guess it would depend on what they are looking for. As for me, this isn't it.

This was the first time with this series but like it a lot better, much slimmer!

This is my 2nd Otter Box. The first one was for my Samsung S10 and it a fantastic job of protecting my phone. My current Oteer Box is for my new Samsung S21 5G. I am not disappointed, it is an excellant product. I wouldn't buy any other.

I like the style and color of this case. It protects it well, I have dropped my phone a couple of times and it is fine. The fit could be just a little more snug. I am able to take the phone out of the case without having to take the shell off. I have had other Otterbox cases that fit nice and snug where you had to work at getting it out of the case. But overall I like the case.

The front edges especially at the top transition to the plastic has sharp edges making it uncomfortable for my ear. On the Front Top Right corner I can see a little bur.

I was excited to buy this case for my Galaxy S21 plus as I have had Otterbox cases on previous phones and had a good experience. Unfortunately, this case doesn't live up to my previous experiences. The case only lasted two months before I needed a warranty replacement. The edge above the volume up button became distorted/stretched out causing a gap between my phone and the case. I feel this is do to there not being any reinforcement on that edge since that part of the phone is only the silicone/ rubber material. This unfortunately is happening to the replacement which is only a month and a half old. My husband, who purchased his phone after I did, also got the same case but for the Galaxy S21 Ultra and the same thing is happening to his case. The only good thing about this case is the warranty. If you are willing to pay for a replacement every 2 months then this is the case for you if not stay away and get something else. Both my husband and I will be looking to replace this case with something else.

Perfect fit, Great Protection. Great feel, not too bulky.
