I bought this case since I had one for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Not as good as they used to be it always bubbles up my screen protector and the back of the case always gets a bubble.

Are you using one of our screen protectors? We slightly undercut ours from the overall size of the device glass in order to accommodate the use of our cases, but unfortunately, we aren't able to guarantee compatibility with other manufacturers' accessories. I bought the case when the iphone 12 pro max came out and got it the pink one but the hard plastic broke. I love this case it looks awesome but just wished they had like a len cover. Its not needed but I am ocd with my camera len because its so good on the iphone pro.

I bought this for the new 13 pro max. Feels very sturdy and I’m sure it’s still the best out there, but it seems like it barely has a lip over the front screen. I’m a little nervous.

I have ordered this item for my two previous iPhones and the teal cover has always been with a white case insert. This time the insert is pea green. Looks awful and certainly not worth the price .

I have had an iPhone since 2011 and all I ever use are Otterbox cases. I attempt to try out other brands and I just don’t feel like they’re durable enough. Otterbox has great customer service, a wonderful warranty program, and the cases are top notch. In the decade I’ve owned an iPhone, I’ve yet to do any damage to them thanks to my Otterbox cases. This case specifically is a beautiful color combination and I love it.

I only use the OTTER Box Defender cases on my phones, I have tried other brand of cases but always been disappointed. If you don't use the OTTER your phone is in danger.

After breaking several phones, my husband insisted years ago that I use the Defender case, which has been a lifesaver for me. I won’t have any other case except the Defender. Hoping the glass is as protective for my phone as the previous cover over the Defender cases.

Great for protection but this case does not let your iPhone 12 Pro Max charge wirelessly you have to take the rubber outer shell off to do so. does not work as advertised.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very happy with my purchase. The case is very sturdy, yet sleek. It is drop tested at a high level, and seems to be made of material that will not wear out anytime soon. This is arguably the best case I have ever bought in my history with smart phones.

My order number is 10834838. I placed my ordered for the iPhone 12 Pro Max Defender Series Pro Case from Otterbox on the 03rd August 2021, Tuesday, and received the item on 06th August, Friday. Upon opening the parcel, I discovered that the rubber cushion from the inner plastic cover was scratched all over the area pretty badly! There was even crisp of rubber fallen from the cushion all over the place! I am really disappointed with your product! It was such a let down with such a reputable brand despite my first purchase! I cannot accept this kind of product and I request for a full refund!

I’ve had this case on my iPhone 12 Pro max for less than a year. The rubber is peeling off the back, and it is already cracked on one side. I expected more for the heftily price tag. Not sure I’ll buy another otter box.
