OtterBox Defender Pro Series Case for Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G - Black

"outstanding product quality" and satisfaction. I only will use OtterBox products to protect my cell phones. I have been doing so since 2002.

I work for the Post Office as a carrier, this OtterBox is perfect for some one that drop the phone most of the time. This product saves my phone all the time and the warranties are good and fast to replace. I recommend this product 100% no complains at all.

The holster it is nice but not necessary kind of bulky being the fact that the phone is a large phone I love the other Of the phone rap especially the rubber

I bought my case two weeks ago, I love the burability of it and the senses of security it won't be damaged if I drop it, my only dislike Otter Box doesn't have it in pink and I couldn't customize it.

I purchased this case and the corresponding screen protector. Even though I like the case, the two products do not work well together. The case causes the screen protector to bubble up along the edges. I have to constantly attempt to push the bubbles back down or risk ripping the screen protector.

this thing is bombproof,but i had to return it as it didn't fit my charging pad in my car and that bugged me

I BOUGHT MY PHONE ALONG WITH THIS CASE THE WEEK THAT THE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 20 SERIES LAUNCHED AND ALMOST 8 MONTHS LATER I STILL HAVE THE SAME EXACT CASE. IT'S SO DURABLE. I PRAISE THE RUGGEDNESS OF ENTIRE PRODUCT WITH AN EXCEPTION TO THE BELT CLIP HOLSTER WHICH ISN'T AS DURABLE AS THE SHELL OF THE CASE. I'VE HAD TO REPLACE IT TWICE I WAS SENT A NOTE 20 ULTRA CASE INSTEAD OF THE REGULAR NOTE 20 CASE WHICH WAS FRUSTRATING AS WELL. BUT THEY'RE WARRANTY PROCESS IS DEFINITELY VALAD AND CREDIBLE THEY DO TAKE CARE OF YOU. I CAN DO WITHOUT THE BELT CLIP HOLSTER BUT I REFUSE TO BECAUSE THEN I WOULDN'T BE GETTING EVERYTHING THAT I PAID FOR IN IT'S ENTIRETY, AND I SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY ON THIS CASE JUST TO NOT GET THE WHOLE SETUP. I NEED A NEW ONE BUT FOR SOME REASON I'M NOT GETTING ANY RESPONDS BACK FROM OTTERBOX. I WOULD GIVE THIS PRODUCT A 5 STARS IF I THE BELT CLIP HOLSTER WAS AS DURABLE AS THE CASE ITSELF BUT OVERALL IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT, ONE WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, BUT I DO NEED A NEW ONE HOPEFULLY I HEAR BACK FROM YOU GUYS SOON

I have used Otterbox for over 7 years Best in Protection and function.

Accidently knocked my Note 20 out of the phone holder on my motorcycle at 60 m.p.h. Other than a couple light scuffs on the case, the phone came out unscathed. Pretty amazing.

I have used an Otter Box for all the smart phones that I have owned over the years. I was disappointed to find that the Defender Series no longer has screen protection. If I had known that, I would not have purchased it.

Wrong size case sent and cannot get ahold of anyone.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and as always Ottorbox proves that they have great products. The only this i would say with this is that on the left side of the case, the clam shell seem to be a bit loose ( I can apply pressure to it and it moves) as apposed to the right side that is rock solid. Still minor details, the case holds together.

Bought this Otterbox Commuter case few years ago for my old Samsung Galaxy Note 5 my daughter is now using.. Still holding up. Photo taken with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 with Otterbox Defender Pro.

I use otter box on all my phones from the day i get a new one to the day i trade it in. the phone always looks like new. been using otter boxes for over 15 years. love them.

The case blocks the ability to charge the phone wirelessly. It is also very cumbersome to take off the phone to use the wireless charger

In my opinion, your company is the best in phone accessories.
