OtterBox & LifeProof FRE Case for MagSafe for iPhone 14 Pro - Black

Does not fit my phone. Had to remove the camera screen to take pictures. I think I may have gotten the 14 pro. Did not come with belt clip. I had no issues with my old Otter.

Great phone case have used them for years and still a great product as they are the only one that makes a fully closed case that's water proof. Phone is 3 years old and still looks like new.

Hard to text with. Can’t hear speaker well. When using the phone, people have a hard time hearing you. It is waterproof, and that part is good, but for everyday use, not recommended.

Great thin case for your phone. Does not pop apart like other cases

Very antiquated system. Seeens more complex and difficult than it needs to be to make both purchases and / or returns.

In less than a year, the camera lens part of this case became scratched/worn making any pictures taken blurry. I’ve seen other reviews with this same complaint. With the warranty, I have replacement case coming in the mail, but I’m not confident this camera lens problem will not present itself in time again. It seems to be a problem with the materials used to protect/cover the lenses. If

After less than three months of use, the part that covers the lens got many scratches, which lead to blurry pictures. Since i have been a big fan of Lifeproof Fre series, this was so disappointing…

Very protective and light weight, i like that the screen comes with the case, doesn't effect the sensitivity of the phone.

No instructions provided for silence button - those are needed.

Broken and had to return. The quality is so cheap now with otterbox.

I bought this case around this time last year or maybe even closer to Xmas time. The screen protector over the camera lense has been scratched for 5 or 6 months. Maybe even longer. Photo wuality has gotten so bad that I have to remove the back cover every time I want to take a decent picture. I do like that it’s water proof, but now when I have to remove the cover the rubber seal pops out and I have to readjust it every time before I can close it up. Also, the area where the mic is for speaker phone seems to get clogged easily so I can’t be on a phone call on speaker or the other person cannot hear me. I have taken it fully apart and cleaned it several times and then it works great for a couple weeks and that’s it.

Super precise, but it could use something to keep it from being so slippery.

The case protects the phone pretty well but the screen protector has gotten scratched quite easily and I don’t really recomend it. I would go for another option where you can swap the screen protector.

I really like this case and it’s holding up well except for the lens cover. I haven’t had the case very long and the plastic cover is all scratched up and is ruining the quality of my photos

I have always had a lifeproof case with every iphone I have owned. upwards of 10 yers now. This is a disappointment. The drop proofness is great, but the camera is now unusable as the glass/plastic cover over the camera is scratched after only several months in my pocket. I am not sure what changed, but this has rendered the case unusable for me.

My wife dropped my phone in an 8 foot deep pool and it sat on the bottom for about 10 seconds before I got it. Phone was dry and no water damage.

Unit works as described. I had an Otterbox for a iPhone X (10) and it too worked fine. So I came back.

I like the case, but like many others the cover over the main camera is rubbish. New iPhone 14 Pro and the pics are horrendous. It’s only 3 months old and now need to replace but now not too sure after all the issues like this. Have also bought the mount for the vehicle so quite invested now.

This is my second fre case for an iPhone 14 pro since January 2023. Both have scratched easily on the camera cover. Switched to the original because it’s so scratched it is clearer than the newer one. Did not have this issue with camera case for iPhone 7.

Huge piece of junk. Don’t buy if you want to be able to take pictures. Less than one month in the camera protector is so scratched up from normal everyday use I can’t even take a photo anymore it’s that blurry!
