Didn’t protect my phone from shattering on the back

I had a different brand case on my phone for years and I didn’t experience a single scratch. After the case started showing wear, I thought I’d give OtterBox a try. Well after a few weeks of this otterbox case being on my phone, the back of my phone has already shattered. It didn’t even drop from a high place. I thought the purpose of a case was suppose to protect phones.

This is likely the single best overall case for an iPhone 14 Pro. It's not too bulky, fits the phone like a glove, and has enough strength and flexibility to provide confidence in its ability to manage drops. I can't say enough good things about it. This is Otterbox at its finest.

Not great. Fits fine but the texture of the case is stiff and too slick if your hand is moist. The back retractable handle is a clever idea but isn’t as useful as it would seem. The spinning disc is more annoying that helpful. Wouldn’t buy again.

Handle is already ripping and I haven’t even had it a month.

I purchased this case and within a week noticed that the back of my phone was completely shattered. I rarely drop it, besides the occasional light fall and had never had issues until using this style case. Do not buy this case.

The case has a very sharp edge. Every time I hold the phone, my hand can feel the uncomfortable touch. I don't know if this is a defect or not. It's not smooth at all.

Sturdy case, love that it has the finger grip/loop and is still mag safe! Everything I wanted in a case!

Dropped my phone from 2ft and the hole back glass of the phone shattered. Doesn’t help protect phone

Absolutely loved this case and it was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the grip has started to rip off after only a few months.

This is exactly what I have been looking for! A loop that I can use when needed but lays flat when I don’t. Perfect design! I love it!

The grip ripped off the case. Otterbox replaced it for free but a few months later the same thing happened. I don’t think it can handle the heat generated from MagSafe charging. If not for this fact I would have really loved the case.

Sleek and function! However, the case is very slippery and the pop socket is a pain to grab one handed.

Right Side button fell off so now can’t use at all

I’ve wanted a case like this one for the longest time. I love to be able to have a grip/fidget spinner but also enjoy all of the MagSafe features and accessories that are out there! And, it’s super cute! A win all around. This case is the best! Also, Otterbox is such a great company—especially their customer service!

Ok, first of all, people need to learn that this is NOT a PopSocket! OtterBox does make PopSocket cases as well, but they aren’t the best for wireless and MagSafe charging. However, everyone is complaining about this not being a kickstand. It never claims to be! It’s a GRIP (given the name). I really like this case. It’s heavy duty and looks nice. I don’t use the grip often, but the case works well with MagSafe and wireless charging. Stop being mad about it not being a kickstand. Do some research before you buy.

The concept of this case is great, the actual application of it needs more work. I bought this right when it launched because I like having something that feels secure when I’m using my phone. I really liked that this gives room for your fingers inside of it instead of on the outside like pop sockets. However the straps on the grip have started to tear after only 2-3 months of use. One of the straps also came completely out of the grip but thankfully I was able to slip it back in easily. But now I’m having issues getting the straps to retract back into the grip and getting it to be flat, I have to mess with it for a solid minute to get it flat again. The grip can not support the phone to be sitting up at all like a pop socket can which is also a little annoying. I do like the green color and the subtle texture it has. It does work with wireless chargers.

Good build quality and very useful. I'll probably recommend it to my friends.
