OtterBox + POP SYMMETRY SERIES Case for Apple iPhone 12 Mini - Marble (77-65390) - New

I have the violet dusk version of this case and have had the same issue with both the original I was sent and the warranty replacement. Within 4 months of use the buttons on the side of the case harden making them very hard to press and the case cracked between the camera hole and pop socket attachment. Seems to be a manufacturing issue with this case, not sure if it is all models or just the color I got. Gave it 3 stars due to the fact it is still working to protect my phone from falls, I like that the recessed pop socket helps the case fit better in my pockets, and the company is still good. I’ve been using otter box cases for over a decade and besides this case, all have outlasted my phone with zero issues. I’m very sad this one isn’t cutting it.

I’ve always trusted Otterbox products ever since my first iPhone. I also love Popsockets and this case makes them easier to use. I don’t worry too much about dropping my phone anymore but if I do I know it will be protected.

I was looking for a pop up on a otter box that was cute but I also got the new iPhone 13 mini which I was told was pretty much the same size as the 12 so I bought it and it worked. It was kinda hard to get on but other than that works great. I haven’t dropped my phone yet but I’ve never had a problem

The case is slippery it is not sturdy. I think it was not worth the money

Opened the box to find it did’t have the pop socket.. basically useless like this..

I bought this with the knowledge I would be upgrading my phone. I got a purple 12 mini, and the color matches great, makes the phone look less plain colored, and goes well with other PopSockets I’ve bought to switch out. Having the PopSocket built in makes use much simpler and flatter when closed.

This is my second Symmetry plus Pop, and I’ve had a few other otterbox cases over the years, never had any issues with any of them and they protect my phone perfectly. Fit well, pretty easy to clean, look good.

Great case - I bought the case with built in pop socket - it slides in and out of my pocket, and has the pop socket feature!

I had purchased because I read online it would work with my wireless charger but I learned it does not. While it does in fact connect (must remove socket first), the connection is broken after the phone has been on the charger only a few moments. It was a disappointing surprise the first morning when I expected to wake up to a fully charged phone. Four stars were given based only on appearance and the fact it is good construction that should protect my phone from damage from drops and such.

I’ve owned this exact same case for my previous phone and when I upgrade to a new one, I bought the exact same case again. Its so cute and yet very functional. I love how the popsocket is set into the case a bit, it makes all the difference in bulkiness. The pattern has held up over time with no wear in the plastic or pattern. I drop my phone all the time and have never had issues with my phone breaking when in this case!

Had this same exact case when I had an iPhone XR so when I upgraded it was a no brainer to purchase this. Unfortunately, even with the pop socket removed the iPhone 12 will NOT wirelessly charge with Qi wireless chargers. This makes the case completely impractical because it is so difficult to remove it makes little sense to attempt to remove the case every time I charge. Extremely disappointed, returning case.

I bought the marble black and white pop symmetry case and I am SO happy I did! It is a chic, durable and safe case that I love! I get so many compliments. Great purchase!

This case has saved my phone from scratches and hard impacts, but the design on the back immediately shows wear and scratches from just putting it in my purse. I chose a pretty design over solid colors because I want it to be pretty. Well it just last a couple of days because immediately it started to show big white scratches where the paint in the back started to peel.

I have a new iPhone 12 mini and bought this case with integrated Pop Socket. When using the PopPower wireless charger the phone will only charge 40% over 9 hours. Love the case, but not the ability to charge wirelessly with it. I’d recommend the case, but not if you want to wirelessly charge.

I wanted something thin and protective. This purchase did not disappoint. The Pop feature is really the best decision as it provides comfort in holding the phone while sending a text or email. It's also a great stand. Overall, I'm grateful I ordered through the company and not another retailer... I trust OtterBox...and I love the color options!

I had an Otter box for my last phone and I loved it. When I ordered this pink one for my new phone, I love it even more. Love having the pop built in. I know you can change it, but I don't know if I will or not. Fast shipping too.
