Satisfaction of purchase
Had a time with installation but once it was figured out all went well. I enjoy the case because it is thin and fits my support bracket on the dash very well and also fits into my pocket without any problems.

A good blend of protection and aesthetics.
This is a good case: easy to assemble, protects key points, and keeps a firm grip on the phone while letting it be visible. Add a screen protector and you're all set! I wish there were holster options and better lanyard/wrist strap options available, as it is still tight for a standard pocket .

Attractive, sturdy and simple cover.
I have had several otterbox cases for past phones and found them to be easy to us s, sturdy and protective. I do wish there were more artist cases for phones a generation older than the newest phone models. I.like decorative covers and the ability to swap my cover v wardrobe but unwilling to sacrifice protection for art.

Not satisfied
This is my first purchase of OtterBox products and I am not happy with case. The pressure fitted frame keeps separating from the back piece. The frame is thicker than expected.

Doesnt work with screen protectors
I gave it 3 stars because as phone cover it as good as the otterbox covers go as far as protection but it does not work well with screen protector.

Boring Basic Cases
First Otterbox. Haven't had it that long, haven't dropped my phone yet. Hate the lack of colors or designs compared to the competition. Verizon store had black or hot pink. Highest prices for plain cases. Ordered mine from the Otterbox website thinking I would have a better selection. Nope, ended up getting a clear case trimmed with a dusty pink. Better then hot pink just not many feminine colors to choose from and still cost twice as much so it better be worth it. Gave up individuality for functionality. Sad...why cant I have both?

The case is great. The screen protector is ok, but I may need a replacement because it hasn't bee sticking correctly and now has some bubbles but overall, i am happy with the protection.

Stains easily
This case easily stains. I have the one with the pink edges. When I put it in my pocket the ink from my pants stained the color so now it doesn't really look pink anymore and ive only had it for 2 weeks. Ive also tried to remove the stains but nothing will work.
