The only problem I have with the cover is the sparkles are really hard to see. It mostly appears clear.

Buttons feel loose. Phone slid in to easy. Not sure how long it’ll hold in place

I bought the clear case with daises on it. I love how it shows off the blue color of my phone while also reflecting my personal style! Highly recommend. My entire family buys their cases from this brand and loves them!

My daughter put this case on her phone and two days later it fell. The entire back shattered. So much for drop protection.

Received warranty replacement in August. Has been on the phone since. Phone fell off of bed to the floor and the back glass shattered.

So I got this exact phone case about a year ago and it is such a good phone case, it works wonderful. Now it does yellow on the sides but that doesn’t bother me. What does is the bottom where the charging port is and where the volume/power button is will tend to weald and shape away from the phone and eventually come apart.

I bought this to replace my last otter box case (exact same one) after the corner on my initial case snapped off. I figured I’d rather replace a case than replace a phone and the case was a year old, so I figured it was time. The case was delivered on August 29th. Not even 10 days later, on September 6th, I dropped my phone and the back glass completely shattered. It shattered the entirety of the back up to the camera and down to the charging port. I’m afraid to take the case off because of glass shards. I called OtterBox claim warranty and the customer service team was incredibly remorseful. However, the company policy states they only offer warranty on their products. The manager later offered to refund the case and send me a new case with a free screen protector. This is not a good company policy. I have stood by OtterBox since 2014 and I am so disappointed. I am having to shell out $350 because I was given a defective phone case? I am absolutely flabbergasted that a brand new case could leave my phone so unprotected. I wish OtterBox had exceptions for situations like this. I believe a 30-day total warranty (to rebate the price of the repair) would be extremely fair.

Great case, but do not recommend purchasing the clear case. The case yellowed after just 2 months and looks terrible. I am sure functionally it still works but visually it is unacceptable.

Wonderfully effective, great look. One star off because the previous one, exact same model, melted and turned yellow during a trip to the Caribbean.

This clear symmetry cover turned yellow on the side edges within a few months. It looks dirty since it is over a white phone, not the effect I was looking for. I have had it 18 months and all 4 corners are broken/shattered/chipped from normal use and dropping phone a few times. I have had many cases I have been happy with over the years from Otterbox, and this one is not holding up at all. I am afraid my phone will now get damaged, there is very little protection left and I will have to buy another case already.

After less than a year it became flimsy along the edges making the charging port difficult to access with standard chargers. I would expect better durability.

I dropped my phone off of a fire escape with this case on it and my phone was ok

I’ve only had this case for a bit over a year when I bought a new phone. Since then, the protective plastic peeled off so the design has worn off and the case broke near the volume buttons and charging port after dropping my phone. The design is pretty, easy to put on, and sleek, but it doesn’t last.

As always, the clear OtterBox for my iPhone, 13 is an outstanding product which I love

Case was what I expected. I have not had it long so no major drops of my phone since purchase. Easy to put on phone. I like the case.

I love the way this case looks with my green iPhone! I’m very tough on my phones and this one is still like new! The edge of the case provides a nice “bumper” around the phone, and slightly on top to prevent mishaps….but it’s still thin enough to fit in the slim phone pocket of my purse.

Turned yellow within weeks. Sturdy design though. 5/10
