Great feel in the hands. Classic look. Dropped my phone the day after getting this case. No problems at all.

The power button inserts fell off. The case is showing signs of cracking. The rubber structure thats between the left speaker and charger port is deteriorating. Overall I love the case and how slim it is but it’s a bit unfortunate to have it deteriorating at such an early age.

Ok kiddos, story time!! About 2 weeks ago, I had gone into my firm's office building in my city for a region wide event. As part of the event, our firm sponsored all of us to go to lunch, and so a large group of friends and I all went to lunch together. On our way back, I was showing a friend something on my phone in the elevator. We got to our floor (the 14th floor) and went to exit the elevator when I bumped into another friend, accidentally dropping my phone in the process. But when I dropped it, it didn't fall into the elevator, nor did it fall out into the lobby of our office. No, instead, it somehow fell perfectly between the elevator and our lobby and into the elevator shaft, plummeting over 150ft to the bottom of the elevator shaft below. NIGHTMARE SCENARIO. The friend I bumped into and I went back down to the building's lobby and asked the front desk attendant if they could have maintenance send someone to recover what we assumed would be just pieces of my likely obliterated phone. We waited about 10 minutes, having a good laugh about the accident in the process, until someone from maintenance came and gave me my phone back. Unbelievably, not only was my phone in once piece, it had sustained almost no visible external damage (including the screen and my screen protector!) aside from a dent to the power button that made it essentially flush with the side of my phone. But perhaps the even more shocking part was that the phone was still ENTIRELY FUNCTIONAL! Now, there was certainly damage the screen (it had multi-colored lines down the power button side and a black pool near the power button). However, other than that, it was still completely useable. I was able to receive calls, send texts, navigate the screen, listen to music, and connect to my bluetooth devices, all without issues. The case itself was also almost entirely undamaged. The only wear was the rubber on the power button had been ripped off, and there was a gash in the plastic right above the "O" in the Otterbox logo. Ultimately, I ended up needing to replace the phone because with the damage to the power button, they wouldn't have been able to replace the screen. But honestly, I can't even be mad at that. My friend and I split the new phone 50/50, and I was luckily able to go to the Apple store and replace it that day, problem solved. All in all, I would recommend this product to absolutely ANYONE and EVERYONE. I don't think I'll ever buy phone cases from another producer because of how utterly impressed I was with this case. It went so far above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't have been more shocked with how well it performed. Absolute 10/10 product that I have already ordered for my new phone (hopefully this time it doesn't suffer the same fate).

Love love love Otter Box. I have never had my phone break and I drop it all the time! This is probably my 5th case. I liked it when we could customize the colors so it was unique and easy to find. But this bright yellow does the trick too

Bought the yellow/mustard colored Otterbox case for my iPhone 11. I love it, but the only thing is that the rubbery section of the case has started to discolor because of the putting my phone in my back pocket. The dye of my jeans seemed to transfer onto my case. That is the only downfall to this case though!

Our daughter really loves her new case, but like any pre-teen, they change their interests on the fly so she'll be looking for a new one soon I bet.

I actually ran my phone over with a forklift and this case had no damage to it at all. The only thing that was broken was my screen which I was highly surprised by because its a forklift!

I’m kinds disappointed with this otter compared to my old otter. Old otter gave more protection.

The Otterbox Symmetry is just the right balance of form and function. It offers excellent protection from drops (I’ve proven this many times) but is is not bulky or clunky so your phone fits in your pocket or on the charging stand easily. Add an Otterbox tempered glass screen protector and your are ready to go. This is my third Symmetry. When I remove it from the case my previous iPhones have been like new after years of use.

I only have had this case for a few weeks but I am very satisfied with it. It fits my phone perfectly. I got the blue color and it looks exactly as the image. I will wait and see how it holds up but so far so good.

Good protection against fall (it fell out of my hand when I got from the car and my phone was still intact. Not a crack on the phone, ). Also, love the "paint stroke-esque" design.

i’ve had this for a day now and love it. i have the blue one and its a beautiful color to be honest. the back is rough and i love that on a case. the buttons press really easily and the the just fits right in my pocket. thanks again otterbox for the great product.
