OtterBox SYMMETRY SERIES case for iPhone 13 Pro - Ombre Spray (77-83493)

Cute print and it’s really durable, I always get otter box because the color on the clear cases doesn’t fade to yellow as fast as other brands.

I’m on my third or fourth one of this case, it always warps at the volume buttons AND the bottom splits completely away from the sides. Overall not worth it. I’ve had my phone for almost 2 years.

I love this case, haven't had any issues with it other than it "splitting/warping" on the volume button. Any quick fixes would be awesome! But other than that i would recommend this case (bought this cause for my XR and loved it ever since then!

This case is beautiful, slim and strong! I have already had a few drops and there isn’t a scratch on the phone or case. I love it!

My clear case turned yellow again even with a new replacement.

Although I love the way this case looks, my entire back of my iphone shattered and it will cost $500 to repair. I am extremely disappointed as otterbox has the reputation to provide adequate care for your iphone but this was most definitely not the case. I am disappointed to say the least and I cannot recommend buying this case. please save your iphone and go find another one.

I got this case thinking it would protect it enough not to crack one drop and the back of my phone is shattered.

This is the worst product ever, I bought the case in October and the back glass on my phone just shattered while the phone was in the case… I will never buy another outer box case

Have had for a few weeks now. Have dropped my phone a few times and has great protection- no damage! Also I was worried the clear case would yellow or look dirty but haven’t had to take off to clean once yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pro symmetry case is very slim. It’s almost like not having a case on the phone at all! The case has a decent grip so I don’t feel like I’m going to drop it at every turn. I love the clear color that shows off the pretty color of my phone!

Finally went for this pretty Otterbox case for my new iPhone 13 Pro instead of the old standard Defender I've used on every phone I've owned since 2013. Was ok for about a month until the edges turned a dark yellow. The back is completely scratched despite never being a bag or pocket with keys or anything, and the resulting surface is unpleasant feeling in the hand. It always feels like there is a film on the back of the case due to numerous small scratches and scuffs. The dark yellow edges make my phone look constantly filthy, and the scratched up back surface provides tons of protected surface area for microorganisms to grow in. Yuck. The warranty replacement is futile because 1) It costs me money and 2) The same thing will just happen again in a month. Makes no sense to pay to replace a case every month or 2. Wish I could use the warranty to just get a Defender and be done with it, but that's not an option. Disappointed with the quality of this case after years of knowing I was getting a durable product from Otterbox. I'll be going with a different manufacturer to replace this case.

This is my fourth OtterBox phone case. It’s very disappointing. While the quality is as good as ever, the new design has replaced a textured surface with one that is extremely slippery. It has slipped out of my hands a half a dozen n the first four weeks. Thankfully, the iPhone, as always, is resilient and has withstood the impact.

While I’d heard great things about how secure they are I had also heard they were a pain to get on and off the phone. Not so with this one. It was easy to put on and take off. I also love the clear design and the fact that it’s not bulky. And since I’m a complete butterfingers it has already saved my new phone from ending up with dings and scratches a few times!
