It's alright. The case is nice and slim, but barely a month in it already has discoloration on the sides. It is not too noticeable at first glance, but it is still a flaw that this case could improve on.

I was surprised to see so many bad reviews of this case. Yes the hinge is not covered, but that is evident from the description. You are trading heavy durability for a slimmer profile. For full protection, get the Dedender series. And for those saying it does not stay on, there is a plastic piece that needs to be peeled off each inside edge. My case stays on firmly and it does not come off easily. It also passed the first accidental 'drop test' just fine.
The top portion does not stay on.

The top half of the case comes off very easily. I have had this case for a week and the grips on the inside are already starting to fall off. I usually love otterbox products, but this is a terrible case!

This is the worst otterbox case I have purchased in 12 years. I'm very unsatisfied with it. It doesn't stay on and it collects dirt around the edges and in the back case. The aggressive gripper has come off the inner edges. Atrocious. Do NOT buy.
