Disappointed
I rarely write reviews but I’m just so devastated and disappointed in this product. I was truly enjoying my ring, until one day it just stopped syncing and tracking! It only lasted 8 months! I contacted Oura and they were not helpful. It’s basically an AI bot “attempting” to help you find a solution. I provided my email address for contact, it’s been over a month and nothing. Please save your money and stick to your preferred smart watch instead.

Device lasted less than one year with moderate use. Battery life diminished and would not sync properly with iPhone. Monthly fee is almost $6 which is ridiculous. Very disappointing. I would never recommend this expensive product to anyone.

Downside is the battery life is useless. After owing it for 9 months. It is barely holding a charge. Company does not cover battery issues.

I got the gold one. So far after a week it is fine. Hoping the gold does not rub off like other reviews have said. The gold of this ring is also VERY yellow-y. Do Not Buy!
I had the Oura 3 for three years & loved it. Upgraded to Oura 4 when my 3 was t holding a charge for more than a day. Bought it directly from Oura this May 2025 & loved it at first. It held a charge for eight days. The last few weeks it needed charging every four days & gets worse by the day. Company said it's normal and will not replace or refund. No contact phone number either. You will have to speak with bots. Don't bother.

terrible... this should really be zero stars! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! this ring is TRASH and I'm so upset that I spent so much money on it only to get nothing for it now that it's useless after only NINE MONTHS!! Oura has terrible customer service and Target couldn't care less but keep on selling them! notice all the other terrible reviews - do you see Target addressing those?? of course not! never again... and one more reason to spend my money elsewhere.

Steps working
I was given an Oura ring for Christmas last year. I took great care of it and loved it while it worked. Unfortunately 2 months ago the battery started dying fast and the ring wouldn't synch all the time and would lose data. now it stopped working all together. Oura customer service wants all sorts of info that I don't have and the gift giver said they don't have either so I can't get a replacement ring. Now I have to figure out the best way to dispose it since it contains batteries.

Stopped working. Customer Service sucks
Stopped working after 6 months. Customer Service is an ai bot so you cant get through any problems that they don’t already have FAQ’d. I try factory resetting it but then it will only work for a few hours before it completely disconnects again. It says I can return or exchange my ring on their app whenever but since I got it through target I couldve only returned it 30 days after purchase. Also on top of that the ring is ginormous, it would fit my finger fine but the ring itself was just fat. Would not recommend

Not worth tbe money
I bought this item in early December. After quite a bit of research I chose to buy this as an early Christmas gift to myself. Not even a year later the battery will die within 15 hours and it no longer tracks the things I brought it to track. I have missed my return/repair window which is unfortunate. I wish I could recommend this item. It was everything I wanted it to be when it was working. But now I am back to my Apple Watch with no plans of repurchasing due to price over longevity.
