I haven’t made any of these dishes yet, but as a person who loves to cook and eat I can tell these recipes are going to be such a delight! She uses a lot of fresh herbs in her recipes which adds a lot of flavor to otherwise simple but unique dishes. It’s campfire picnic food but elevated. I will be using these recipes in my kitchen and camping! Oh and as a native to Hudson valley NY region I appreciate the recreation of blackened string beans from New World Home Cooking Restaurant! I can’t wait to make them.
