Q: You have different measurements for this item. One says 45" and the other says 72". I need these for my four lounge chairs. I wanted to confirm they are 72" long. Thank you!

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! Per the item specs stated, this cushion is 72 inches in overall length. Seat dimensions 22 in. W x 45.5 in. L x 3.5 in. The seat portion only is 45.5 inches. The total length including seat and back is 72. Hope this helps!
