Q: Hello, does this rust?
A: The chairs and bench collect rainwater and spill rusty water when moved. I love the look so much, though, that I have kept them but make sure to have the hose handy when I move the chairs on our dark-colored deck after rainy weather. If you have the chairs on light-colored concrete or decking, you'll probably have an issue.
submitted bymagoo - 4 years agoA: I purchased this item and sadly I had horrible issues with rust. It cannot be exposed to rain at all. Unfortunately, water collects and sits inside the metal tubing. Then when you later move the bench it leaks rusty water. This was so bad that it stained my deck. Although the bench is otherwise attractive, it should not be used outdoors unless on a covered porch where it will NOT be exposed to any rain.
submitted byCS in DC - 7 years agoA: You CANNOT get this bench wet!! It is not weather proof! If you want it to look like when you buy it keep it inside. It collects rusty water like crazy..

Q: if you order online does the item comes assemble or do you have to do it
A: Comes as a single piece, all welded together! Nice and sturdy, I'd buy it again. Everyone loves it.

Q: On the website, it says the bench holds 500 lbs. The tag on the bench says it holds 250. Which is correct?

Q: Target no longer ships this item, so I’d have to pick it up. Will it fit in a small SUV (Acura MdX)?
A: I would assume it would fit in the back seat, possibly upside down. I tried it in my Mustang.... after several attempts, I could not get it in. Hope this helps!
