the product appears to be in OK quality. One of the planter boxes is broken with one side where solder broke. Hope we can get it repaired. The delivery time took 3 weeks and sad we are having problems with it

First let me say I became obsessed with this arch. In fact, I had to wait for it to come back in stock. All pieces were there, labeled according, instructions were simple. Assembly took me a bit since I was the only one. Fairly lightweight which will be good as I tend to move it around for holiday reasons. The only problem was one of the bars wasn't secure. Pic below. Had it been I would have given it 5 stars.

My 10 year-old and I assembled it in about 20 minutes. Was a nice surprise for my gal. Only a couple of issues. Some of the pre-pressed in caps needed hammered the rest of the way in and one weld points had about a 1 1/2" long piece of welding wire still attached, easily removed.

I purchased this beautiful garden arch to put in my front yard so Bouganvilla can climb it. It is exactly as pictured and was easy to put together. I am so thrilled with this item!
