Erica Lima, LCSW, is a licensed therapist and the cofounder of Sunset Trauma Therapy in California and North Carolina, where she specializes in working with people who have experienced trauma and childhood neglect and who struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship OCD, and more.
