These are the best pads I ever used. I have a heavy flow, particularly during the first 2 days of my period. These are the only ones I've used that can handle it for longer hours which is great when I'm stuck at work and the length and width were the best as I roll around a lot in my sleep. They were the only ones I felt truly protected in despite feeling a little like I was wearing a diaper. I haven't found any other kind that could even compare to these as they had improved my life for the better once a month.
