Q: Does the drip tray come off the storage piece? I find that mine gets kind of gross underneath, but I’m not sure how to take the bottom piece apart for cleaning.

A: Hello Allison. The holder for our Palm Brush Storage Set does feature a removable drip tray. The two pieces in the holder pull apart to separate. You can pull the drip tray off by holding the clear base and pulling apart where the pour spout is on the drip tray to separate. I hope this information is helpful!

Q: Are the brush & storage base dishwasher safe in top rack? My Bosch dishwasher doesn't get very hot unlike other brands that melt plastic.

A: Hi! The storage base and refill bristle are top rack dishwasher safe. The body is not recommended to go in the dishwasher.

Breaks at the base
These are garbage lately. They constantly break at the base where the bristles screw on so you have to buy a new soap dispenser piece before you need to swap out the bristles. Get a different brand. They didn’t do this a few years ago, so it seems malicious on OXO’s part.

Really want to like this
I like the grip, the bristles, the storage dish, and the amount of soap dispensed… but I hate that once the soap reservoir gets past a certain point (only about 30% of the soap has been used), the soap dispenser stops working, and you have to stop to refill the soap. I thought it was an issue with the first one I bought so I bought another (and another…) but they all had the same issue. It drives me crazy! Especially since I really like everything else about this.

Beauiful but Brittle
I love this brush. I hate this brush. Its grip is exactly what I want. It looks great. But after 6 months of normal use the main housing cracks at the bottom and the brush is irreparably broken. It’s happened twice. I want this brush, but I can’t go through the heartbreak again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this palm brush storage set. It includes the palm brush and a storage bowl to put the brush when I am not using it. The palm brush is useful for cleaning pans that have stuck-on food. It is easy to hold. Whenever I push the button, soap is dispensed immediately onto my pan. The same amount of soap gets dispensed every time. Sometimes, the amount of soap is too much for what I need. The lid of the dispenser is easy to open and refill with soap. The bowl has holes so that the water from the brush can drip to the bottom of the drill. Occasionally, I need to take apart the bowl to clean it since the water eventually starts to build up and smell. It is easy to take apart and put back together.

All you have to do is open the cap and fill it with soap, then it's there ready to go! You just push the top of it to dispense a little bit of soap and you're often running. I really love the little storage dish because it keeps the wateroff my counter.

Favorite dish scrubber set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this set making scrubbing dishes so much easier. Its soft bristles to not harm the pans. But strong enough to clean them. Its super easy to fill with ylur favorite dish soap. This comes with a saucer type thing to help drain off the excess water after use and not get the counter all wet.

The little "collection" bowl collects the water under a colander that keeps your brush up out of water. The collection bowl also has a little pour spout to allow you to easily empty the water that is collected. The bottom bristles are removable/ replaceable, and it holds a great amount of soap.

I used to put it in a tray but it's much more aesthetically pleasing in its little stand. Definitely would recommend users buy the Palm Brush WITH the storage set, and not just the palm brush.

Useful Palm Brush Storage Set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is quite a handy, durable and attractive dish soap dispenser/brush. It is easy to get soap "on demand" by pushing the handle top. It is built well and will last a long time. It is designed so that you can replace the brush once it wears out (as brushes always do.) It cleans dishes effectively as most brushes similar to this one do. However, the part I really like about this brush is the storage dish. It's solid, decorative, and it comes apart so it is easy to clean. There isn't anything I dislike about the Palm Brush Storage Set.
