The cap does not stay on or create a tight seal so you constantly have to screw it back on and then there's not a tight seal so when you press the button for the soap to come out. nothing comes out because the cap is not tight enough.

Great dish brush
I have ordered two of these and several from a different brand that somehow my family keeps breaking. I decided to go with this brand because it cost half the price of the other brand which I have bought 7+ of the other brand’s brushes. For those who say they can’t find replacement brushes, I have a subscription on Amazon for the replacement brushes. Which comes three to a box. I hope that solves your problem. Overall the brush is good. It’s pretty big so I can see how some say it’s clunky and awkward but it’s not that bad. And for the price, you can’t beat it. I like the price point, it works, and I have replacement brushes on hand. The one thing I wish is that it came with a little caddy to sit the brush in like some of the competitive brands.

Doesnt always dispense soap
I have had this for about 2 years. The entire time of using it, it has had issues of dispensing the soap. It doesn’t dispense soap -~ 25% of the time. A week ago I noticed that it was making an odd air whizzing sound; it has a hole big the push panel that will not dispense soap at all.

Works OK but leaks
I bought this dish wand specifically because the description says it won't leak because of the valve. While that appears to be true, the handle end DOES leak, as you can see in the photo. Maybe it needs a better washer/seal? Or maybe mine is just defective. Or maybe it just needs to be stored brush-down; disappointing, because it fits fairly well brush-up in the stand I already own.
