How did this even pass quality control. It doesn’t seem like anyone actually tested it in a real kitchen. The design is a mess — soap leaks all over the counter, and it burns through an entire wand’s worth of soap in a couple of days. For something that should be simple and reliable, this is incredibly disappointing. I’m honestly shocked this came from a Scotch-branded product; the quality has dropped dramatically.

Cap unscrews easily
The cap where you add the soap constantly unscrews while you're using it. It comes off very easily. I've always bought the heavy duty version brush and never had that problem. Only got this one because they were out of my usual one and figured I would try this out. The brush still cleans fine and the soap dispensing works, just wish I didnt have to keep rescrewing the cap back on while doing dishes. Makes doing the dishes more annoying than they already are.

Cap unscrews constantly.
The cap does not stay on or create a tight seal so you constantly have to screw it back on and then there's not a tight seal so when you press the button for the soap to come out. nothing comes out because the cap is not tight enough.
