The cap does not stay on or create a tight seal so you constantly have to screw it back on and then there's not a tight seal so when you press the button for the soap to come out. nothing comes out because the cap is not tight enough.

These are the only brushes I will use for our dishes. They are easy to add soap to, don’t smell bad after you use it, and you don’t have to touch the sponge part because it comes with a handle.

Do NOT buy this if you have any motility issues or disabilities, the handle is not user friendly and it becomes really hard to grip if it gets wet, and I say this as an able bodied person. It does however get the job done just awkwardly

I have tried a few different kinds but this one is definitely my favorite. It doesn't leak and I love that you can press on the rubber part on the handle and detergent comes out in 1 squirt.

I love the stiff quality of the brush! I actually hate hate hate the angle of the brush handle!! Please change the angle...put it straight from the brush head like others are or move the angle up and back so there is more of the brush head flat on the surface and hand and wrist don't have to be at such an Awkward handle angle!!! I'd love this brush totally if the handle were not at such an angle!!! Others are saying the same thing. Please consider a change to handle. But leave the stiffness of the brush just as it is! Thanx!

I absolutely love this scrub brush. I love the handle to hold it. I love that you have to press a button to release the dish soap. It actually didn’t mind washing the silverware with this scrubber (one of the most tedious parts in my opinion) I definitely would recommend buying this!

I have ordered two of these and several from a different brand that somehow my family keeps breaking. I decided to go with this brand because it cost half the price of the other brand which I have bought 7+ of the other brand’s brushes. For those who say they can’t find replacement brushes, I have a subscription on Amazon for the replacement brushes. Which comes three to a box. I hope that solves your problem. Overall the brush is good. It’s pretty big so I can see how some say it’s clunky and awkward but it’s not that bad. And for the price, you can’t beat it. I like the price point, it works, and I have replacement brushes on hand. The one thing I wish is that it came with a little caddy to sit the brush in like some of the competitive brands.
