Thick & sticky, there is nothing "purifying" about this shampoo. No matter how much I used or lathered, my hair still felt dirty and disgusting. That can't be good for dandruff. Normally, Pacifica is a great brand for the pricepoint. However, like many haircare producers, Pacifica adds too many greasy fillers (glycerin, silicones, acrylates, waxes, etc.). Shampoos should CLEAN; conditioners should mositurize. --Why can no one make a decent shampoo??? o_O

I loved that my waves/ curls have gotten more defined but at the same time I’ve started experiencing hair loss. What shame the product smells wonderful and it does work but the hair loss has been significant for me. Would not recommend.

this shampoo is amazing. I suffer from scalp psoriasis and this has helped in calming my flare-ups. the only negative thing I have to say is that I wish it came in a larger size because I find myself buying more every 1.5 to 2 weeks.

My hair loves this stuff. I have pretty oily, thick hair and this is gentle enough to use frequently. I’ve noticed significantly less hair fall out. I will say it’s not the most hydrating formula ever - the conditioner is on the thinner side, but it doesn’t strip your hair either. I can actually go longer between washes. Sure it has a mint smell that might remind some people of toothpaste - but I find it refreshing! I used to use a $30 shampoo before, and I actually prefer this.

I have tried almost all of Pacifica’s shampoo and this is my favorite and my kid’s favorite! Fist of all it smells great and it lathers up really good so I don’t have to use a lot-I have really long thick hair.

This is the second shampoo I try from this brand and nope! With the first shampoo I experienced a lot of hair loss. With this shampoo I am experiencing a lot of dandruff! My daughter also uses this shampoo and has dandruff and experiencing hair loss. Our scalps are going through it at the moment! I will not be trying another Pacifica product

My hair is dry but oily at the roots. I ran out of my Paul Mitchell special tee tree shampoo and decided to give this one a try and I'm so glad I did. It cleans my hair so well I can get an extra day out of my style. The scent is also very pleasant, like a spa.

Love using this for a clarifying shampoo. Seeing a lot of reviews saying that this dries out their scalp, this is not meant to be used as an everyday shampoo. I use it once a week to get product buildup out. This is great to use after an oil treatment or if you use any products in your hair.
