Heal already frayed

Disappointed
Honestly great socks, soft and not too thick or thin. That's why it's disappointing the T shaped plastic thing they punched through the socks twice to lock it into the paper packaging got caught in the threads and messed up the fabric. So much work to make, transport and stock something and then it gets damaged before anyone even gets to use it? That's sad, don't package them like that.
