Almost feels like a sweatshirt on the outside. Heavyweight, would feel night as a blanket over a flat sheet.

Wanted to LOVE this but...
Because this coverlet has polyester in it, it just is not soft like other Parachute blankets. Parachute is known for natural fabrics- most always cotton and/or linen and this just doesn't compare to the buttery soft bedding that this line usually provides. Had to return it.

Beautiful summer blanket
Stunning blanket, the only reason I had to return it is because my cats would destroy this thing. It's beautiful, it's soft, and it seems so breathable and light! If you do not have cats then this will make a wonderful summer blanket!
