Made my hair look greasy and weighed down and stringy/thinner. I only used it on the bottom half of my hair, far away from the roots, and it still looked unwashed.

Love Pantene repair and protect conditioner
I love this product! I have played around with other masks, hydration conditioners, from brand name hair products such as nexus, matrix insta cure, biolage, etc. Nexxus has two types of hair masks as well. Then to the cheaper in store brands. Not your mother’s brand, the rescue Pantene rescue. In the gold packages. This one is cheaper product conditioner that you can use daily. just to find the one that is best. For me I have noticed that my hair is in need of something that repairs, protects, rejuvenates. Not moisturizing. On a side note. The shampoo that part of the protect and repair line. It claims to be safe for colored hair. It isn’t. It has sulfates that will strip you hair. When looking for a color safe shampoo that truly safe for colored care. You have to check the ingredients if it has sulfates. It’s not easy to find them. The only thing that sulfates does. Is make it leather up. This was told by hairdresser.

Very drying repair & protect.
I only used daily moisture renewal before I tried this one. I love the blue packaging but unfortunately it made my hair dry and hard with zero moisturizing effects. When I tried brushing my hair it, my hair was tangled and at times would break. I think if you typically have dry hair, don’t use this one. I have wavy hair.

There is a possibility that this product wasn't the best for your hair type and for a better experience, we recommend trying a richer conditioner. You can also try using a leave-in conditioner instead of one that you rinse out. Also, it may help to know that tangled hair is common and can be made worse when combing or scrubbing your hair while it's wet. To help with detangling, we recommend applying a rich conditioner to the dry tangled hairs, and leave it on for several minutes. Afterwards, take a fine-toothed comb and began to detangle the hairs. Be sure to start at the ends and inch your way up to the roots. We want to assure you that none of our products can cause or speed up hair breakage. I use smooth & sleek shampoo and conditioner, volume & body shampoo, repair and protect conditioner, classic clean conditioner, and curl perfection shampoo and conditioner. The smooth and sleek shampoo and conditioner, volume & body shampoo, and curl perfection condition smells like candy. They all work for my thick curly frizzy hair. I do feel like Pantene makes my hair grow faster and thicker. I do use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of build up. I had zero hair loss with these products. Definitely repurchasing again. Zero issues and doesn’t irritate my scalp.
