This set is awesome! I’ve struggled to find a shampoo and conditioner that makes hair just feel nice as well as clean. Everything I was trying was either weighing my hair down, not moisturizing enough, or just making my hair frizzy. I’ve tried high end, sulfate/silicone free, etc. Nothing has made my hair feel as good as this set. I have fine strands of hair but a lot of it and slightly wavy. Try this set if you have a similar hair type or have struggled with similar problems!!

There are no excessive products in the "Clean" shampoo and conditioner. Their radiant shine product used to provide the same results.. Grateful at least one of their products still provides clean, natural feeling hair. They should not have changed the formula for radiant shine color treated hair. The excessive additives are not needed, nor helpful..

New formula? Feels heavy and weighs my hair down
Not sure what happened -- ran out of Pantene Classic conditioner and bought this one in the new tube packaging. But it's noticeably harder to rinse out, and seems to weigh my hair down. It doesn't say that it's a new formula though. Anyway, I had to stop using it and switch to another brand, because the Pantene color care conditioner (which I've also used before) that comes in the new packaging is even heavier.

Typically the cause of hair being weighed down is a product containing too much conditioner for your hair type. To stop this from happening in the future, we recommend using a product with less or no conditioner. You could also try using a leave-in spray conditioner instead of one that you rinse out. We also recommend conditioning only where you need it which is mostly the ends of your hair. Shrinkflation is obvious
So they have a *featured* picture of the 17.7 oz bottle that's easier to get more product out of "transforming" into a 16oz pump...they don't think much of their consumer!

Great product but don't overdo it
Pantene is great for dry hair. Because it applies a type of coating (and even claims 72 hour nourishment), I recommend limiting use to once every 2-3 days. I find this is gentler on my hair because the coat is stripped less often. Also, the packaging was SUPERB! Above and beyond (see pics).

New Packaging
The new pump containers are the absolute worst of the worst. The large clunky pumps contribute to even more plastic waste pollution than before and waste a lot more of the shampoo and/or conditioner once you get to the bottom of the container. I have to turn these new containers upside down to get out the remaining conditioner stuck at the bottom, which isn't easy anymore with the massive pump on top. Also, Pantene reduced the sizes of all the bottles when they introduced these all pump containers but kept pricing the same or higher in some instances.
