First I should mention that I am not familiar with Mexican cuisine so I really had hoped for more imagery to help support the recipe and what it truly is. This is a personal preference. As for the recipe quality, it’s good but I had expected more from watching her TV shows. Slightly disappointed that you couldn’t get a preview to what the cookbook held. I will probably only try 4-5 recipes.

Recipes reflect the regional Sonoran cuisine. Pati provide detailed and relatively easy instructions. Overall, a true gem in Mexican food.
