We have very high standards for our suppliers and require the product to be handled in the same manner as food for human consumption would be handled. This requires the facility to be free from pests, all equipment to be cleaned and sanitized and managed in a manner that ensures food safety. Our products go through testing by the FDA and USDA and our own third party. We take the quality of our products very seriously and this will be brought to our QA team’s attention immediately for investigation.
