Bought this item online. When we put it together the hinges were missing from the door. Wrote a poor review, then customer service saw a note I left and they went to work getting us the missing parts. I was pleasantly surprised they came through for us. I had to wait awhile and one of the drawers does not open or close quite right, but that could have been my putting it together incorrectly. But the company called me several times to make it right. I appreciated that very much.
