Takes more than 3 days to dry
you get enough dough to make the full size advertised and a smaller second one. it was easy to do with our 3 month old. The dry time is much longer than 3 days. We are on day 5 and it's just starting to harden.

Inconsistent Products Received, Just Meh Results
We bought two kits and the “clay” was completely different in each kit and one kit didn’t even include the rolling pin or ribbon. It also has a strong smell and was hard to push our baby’s hand into, our toddler had no problem. I wouldn’t buy this again.

hard, doesn't turn out well
don't buy, make your own. the clay provided looked ok at first, but once it started to dry the imprint starts to disappear. it was also hard to press my 3 month olds hand into. I would suggest making a homemade flour dough and baking them instead

Likely cheaper just to buy white model magic (or really any air dry clay) as that is essentially the same as what they provide to make the ornament. I guess I appreciated the convenience of this kit but wasn’t thinking much beyond that. I am a bit nervous reading others reviews about the imprint loosing its mark as it dries. I tried really hard to push my daughter’s hand down as much as I could but only time will tell…

Don’t waste your money!!!
The handprint came out perfect until it dried. After drying the foam rose back up and the impression was completely gone. Extremely disappointed with the product & don’t recommend.

Cute gift idea
I love this, it’s super cute very easy to use, it is a bit of work pushing a hand or a foot down for a imprint but the foot is easier, just make sure you really push down or it’ll end up like some of the other reviews because as it dries you do lose some detail but it’s super cute and ours came out great we even decorated the box it came in as a keepsake for our daughters first Christmas

Waste of money
Item isn't clay, more so a putty. Dries into almost a foam material. Rolling pin included is a joke, "clay" comes in an already opened bag so you can't knead it. Waste of money

Cute Idea, final result not what was expected
I really liked this idea for Christmas gifts to the grandparents. The kit is easy to use, I think the red ribbon looks nice. The exection was easy enough too. However, the clay took longer to dry than I excpected and it flattened out significantly upon drying. You really need to make sure the impression is deep for it to hold. Also, the clay dried much bumpier than I expected, so it didn't look quite as nice as I was hoping. Overall, I still think the gift was cute and turned out ok, but not sure whether or not I would do this again in the future.

Did not turn out well
Once the mold dried it became all bloated and disfigured to the point where we could barely make out our daughter’s footprint. We will not be giving this as a gift to the grandparents and that is a bummer.

This is more of a foam material than clay/dough. It feels more flimsy and squishy in nature once dried, however, that does lead to a lighter hanging ornament. The imprints begin to lose definition as it dries. Overall the final product quality is so-so

Wouldnt buy
It was easy to knead it out but it didn’t make the imprint very well. And if you have a newborn you really have to apply a ton of pressure. It wasn’t messy so that’s a plus but we had to redo the handprint several times and even then, I’m not happy about it. I wouldn’t buy this or recommend.

Easy to do
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made this foot print ornament for my son first Christmas this year. the package look nice, the instructions is easy to follow. I had to re make a few times due to my baby didn’t want to do it😂. End up using his foot make it easier. Love it as it could keep for years for my memories
