I also use it after meals. It helps the meal digest. I don't do well eating cinnamon and this has just the right amount for me to benefit without it being to much. Real good

I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I am being honest. When I first got this gum, my first thought was, "It looks like it came in a pill bottle" which I think is weird for gum to come in; but that's not the biggest issue. The gum comes in a wafer-shape, which I thought was unique, but when I chewed a piece, it felt like it was crumbling to pieces. I don't like that, because I do not want to accidentally swallow gum fragments. The other main issue is that I wished that the cinnamon flavor were stronger, and the gum also was a little bitter too. As much as I don't want to say it, I would not currently recommend this product. If the formula was improved where the gum pieces were sweeter and did not crumble, then I might.

Well, I really wanted to like this gum made with Xyltol but I can't say that I did. Seriously it tasted good for less than a minute before all flavor was gone & it had a wierd consistency. I alctually tried it a few times and just threw the rest of it away. Sorry...

This gum is an all around family favorite. The Cinnamon flavor is refreshing and I like the fact that it contains xylitol rather than sugar, so there is no sticky aftertaste. I give this gum a five star rating, The only downfall is that it is not a " long lasting" flavor. But, I am usually done with gum after 15 min. anyway.

A gum which keeps its flavor, thickness and chew. When I pay for a gum due to its marketing, then my experience is way short of its promotion, I'm not pleased. With this gum I'm pleased up to the price, I feel, the price could be a bit lower.

I've ordered the Peelu gum before, but this time I got cinnamon. When i chew it, it feels like it's doing something. The peelu also makes the teeth feel cleaner when I don't have a chance to go brush my teeth.

I ordered both peppermint and cinnamon chewing gum. They are convenient in the bottles, but the gum is so hard that you can hardly chew it and it does not have much taste...no fresh taste like I think gum should have. I am sorry that I ordered 2 bottles of it!

This stuff is just awful! I'm using this because I can't have artificial sweeteners. I love gum and I really miss it but this stuff is such a poor replacement. The outer coating crumbles like sand when first bitten that there is the last of the only taste. The gum base is stiff and tasteless. I thought the Xylitol would help to keep my teeth clean and keep the plaque formation down between meals but it doesn't. Disappointed and way overpriced for the quality they should give it away.

This is a great tasting gum that I have been using for about a year now. I reccomend it to my friends, and personally no longer buy any other gum. i like the fact that it has a natural sugar substitute which saves on the amount of carbs., and tastes better than sugar.

I love this gum. I pop two to three in my mouth at a time. Xylitol has good benefits, Google it and see for yourself. I love the flavor, and it lasts a while too. I usually get a sore mouth from chewing before the flavor is gone. I've tried this flavor and spearmint.

I've tried both the Cinnamon Sass and Citrus Breeze flavors -- both are rather hard to break, the flavor "bursts" after the initial chewing, and then quickly fades... aside from that, I'm wondering about the main ingredient: in the discussion on the bottle, it refers to "the fibers of the peelu tree", while on the nutrition facts section, it lists peelu extract. to me, fibers and extracts are two very different things, with the latter not delivering the benefits of the former.

Really good flavor originally but fades fast. Haven't noticed any cleaning affects but does have a nice stong flavor for a short period after you first start to chew it.....
