I love utilizing puff pastry in my baking and Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry gets a gold star from me. They are light, airy and flaky and I much prefer these over pie crust, which can be dense and heavy. For me, it gives my dishes added texture, but let’s the main components/filling of the dish really shine. While my favorite thing to make using these are Apple Strudel, they can be used for a multitude of dishes that aren’t desserts including savory baking, like pot pies or pinwheels.
