The taste is simular to the regular cheddar cheese flavor but if you are frequent gold fish eater you can taste a small difference in flavor. It may be the food dyes used but it isnt quite like the original ones

There's nothing artificial, and the fish are colored using vegetable juices. The crackers taste good still like I remember, and they're inexpensive.
