Do Not Taste Good
First time trying the Montauks. They look sad and don’t taste good. The chips have very low cacao content, and they are way too sweet. Since they are soft baked, there’s high water content in the cookies. I don’t know what they do to keep the cookies from molding. My only guess is preservatives. Go for their hard baked cookies instead.

Undercooked
I used to eat a pack of these a day. Now they've changed the formulation to pretty much uncooked. Cookies are either too small, stuck together or are literally wet because they are not cooked enough. Called the company several times with no improvement in being baked better.

Way too chewy
These have the same consistency as chewy protein bars. They fall apart as you take them out of the bag. A few were squished together. Nothing at all like fresh baked cookies as one person said in the reviews.
