Q: Does this rug have a non-slip backing? My bathroom floor is ceramic tile.

A: It doesn’t have a non-slip backing, but you might be able to apply those rug/mat stickers. They are used for kitchen mats, rugs etc. I use them myself. I have the green color one. So cute and doesn’t move much even though I have hardwood floor. I haven’t tried the nonslip mat/rug stickers in the restroom. I’d imagine you’d only want to consider that if they got super wet, or you wanted to wash them. The nonslip stickers might stick to the little rug.. If you really like this product, I’d go for it! I did and loved it :)

Be warned.. these will look several years old after one wash. They are still continuing to shed teal fuzzies every time I open them, and threads are coming out everywhere. Wish I had known before I fully furnished my brand new bathroom with towels, washcloths, bath mats, etc. Hundreds of dollars completely wasted.

performance in the name is really pushing it, it doesn’t really hold water well and it’s a bath mat/rug. It gets highly saturated and then stays wet for a while. it’s still my favorite rug because of how beautiful it is but i have another rug underneath to absorb water.
