not effective for anxious dogs
These treats didn't work for my dog. Similar to DAP collar, they didn't help with behavior or anxiety. Might work for other dogs, but mine didn't respond at all.

My dogs didn’t like the smell of it and would not eat it. To my nose it smelled gross. I guess they thought so too.

Do not buy
This has been the worst night of my life. Literally, I've never been so scared. My poor baby it's like she's paralyzed and she wants to do so much my poor baby keeps whining at first she had so much energy bouncing around everywhere after we just came back from 2 hours walk sigh number 1 then after that she kept can't werid thinking she's seeing something and smelling the floors sigh number 2 then she couldn't stand up she so drowsy sigh number 3 now she's so sleepy when dose this stop I would never do this to my dog ever agian I'm so mad, upset I been up crying making sure she's at least breathing if nothing works I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow i brought this from The Pooped Pooch Pet Supply in Boston in Savin hill never agian

Did not work but he likes it
Thought this was going to help manage some of his anxiety while I worked, but I didn't see much of a difference tbh. I wasn't expecting a miracle, just something to help ease some of his stress and nervousness

Works as advertised!
My nearly 13 year old Boston Terrier recently started having severe anxiety issues, especially in the evenings. No formal diagnosis yet, but suspected dementia. I've been trying various things to help. Melatonin, CBD, etc. Before I tried an actual medication my vet recommended these. I started her last night and she's a new dog today. Relaxed, inquisitive, sweet - basically herself again. I could not be more grateful just listening to her snore as she's finally sleeping deeply again. Hopefully this will hold her over for a long while before it progresses to the point where she needs medication. I'm stoked we'll both get a full night's sleep again!

Satisfied with Product
All of my dogs love these chews; they beg for them when I get the package out of the cupboard. The calming effect is not quite as effective as I was hoping, but I just give 2-3 chews to my bigger dogs and they'll have a restful night's sleep.

Works great!
We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ida. My lab has been crying on and off since Friday. No one got any sleep. We bought him a container of these and they work great. We gave him 2 treats at 4pm yesterday and 2 more before bed. We were all able to sleep throughout the night without him crying! Will definitely continue to use these!!

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT
This is my first puppy/dog ever. I have a 7wk old Aussie/Lab mix who gets terrible separation anxiety when left alone (in a room or in a crate). He's pretty chill otherwise but, during crate training, he will whine and scratch at the crate to be let out, which becomes a challenge with my 430am work schedule. I was skeptical of trying these, so I first tried just YouTube lullabies and sleeping beside him but both those only worked temporarily. I finally cracked and bought these a few days ago...he's now sleeping through the night and is out the whole time until I get home. These things are amazing. I may ONLY use them for sleeping but I highly recommend them to new puppy owners for anything that may stress out your pup!

Didn't work for my pup
I gave my pup the recommended amount based on his weight. Within an hour of taking this calming chew, he was crying and whining. Soon after, he vomited and continued to dry heave and wretch. I thought it was coincidental and tried again a few days later. But the same thing happened again when I tried again.

Chill Pill for Poochy.
There are times when you wish your dog could just be at "rest mode" for an hour or so. These calming pet chews really help to get your dog there. Sometimes the weather or other outside noises can wind your pet up, these can be a great alternative to that kind of stress.

I will not purchase this ever again
Gave one tablet to my 2 dogs and within an hour began scratching their stomach and chest. Both dogs broke out in a rash on their stomach and their heart rate was out the roof.

Would definitely buy again
My dog is a black lab/husky and he has super bad anxiety and i gave him one and he slept so much better, he wasn't as hyper as he was before. I would definitely recommend these.

Have a 5 year old 5 1/2 lb Pom//Chihuahua mix. Thunder and fireworks, gun shots terrify him.. pants and shakes. Tried Calm and it seems to work. All scenarios not tested yet. I gave him 1/2 chew no OD, no problem.

I would reccomend this product
Used recommended dosing for anxiety of fireworks. So glad I found this as last year I had nothing, being a new pet parent and it was a miserable night (July 4th). The dog likes the 'treat' . Effective within about 10-15 min ( my dog is about 11 pounds ). Think of a melatonin type human reaction.

Fantastic product!
I have a dog with brain/neurological damage. This caused her to have bizarre behavior, difficulty walking and extreme anxiety. I tried CBD oil (projectile vomiting), prescription medications, dog therapy...nothing helped this young dog. And then I found Calming-by chance. I was stunned at how effective it was (and remains). She gobbles you the chews daily and has become so much more ...well, calm. No need to wear "thunder shirt" daily now. This product has also helped one of my senior dogs who suffers from some dementia (sundowning). Calming does exactly that ... he relaxes, stops pacing or standing facing a wall. So good for our doggo!
I have a 6.5 year old Rat Terrier mix that has a ton of nervous energy. Despite our best efforts to wear her out, there are still certain times where her surroundings stress her out - like when we have friends over or if she's on a walk near rambunctious kids. We've been looking for something that would chill her out without completely knocking her out, and I was thrilled we found Pet Naturals Calming Chews. the first time we gave them to her was before a small family gathering where we knew she would be a bit on edge.
