Can live without !
These are an absolute lifesaver. No more smelly House no more scooping litter. Just change it every once in a while and you are good to go. This is the one item I just can’t live without. Both cats have no problem with the litter boxes or the litter trays so it works great for me.

Frequent cleaning
Quite a bit of the crystals get pushed into the poop holder compartment to the point that the main part of the tray gets “bald” spots due to insufficient crystals. The cure is to clean the whole thing out every 20 uses or so.

Nice idea but not for multi cat home
We have two cats who use litter box frequently. Trays lasted 3 to 4 days max before crystals were saturated with urine and area that holds dried poops fills up quickly. We had to do frequent hand stirring and evening out of litter so cats weren't walking on wet litter. Might be ok for one cat home. Trays get expensive if you have to use more than one per week.

LOVE this tray of ScoopFree crystal litter! We have a couple of cats, so it's more economical to purchase the 3 pack! No daily "scooping"; just let the "electric eye" rake through the crystal (Using the Scoop Free electric litter box!) and these crystals keep the smell down, the cat's paws clean and I only have to switch out the tray to "clean" the litter box (and put it in a white, Kitchen trash bag for the trash! PERFECT!

What changed?
I have been a long time user of this litter and I am so disappointed. I am having to change the tray weekly as it’s been saturated. I have one cat and nothing has changed on my end. Sadly, I will be on the search for a different product. It’s too expensive for the quality.

Does not last as long as promised!
I love the convenience of adding the top and throwing it away as opposed to scooping the litter box but it does not last as long as promised and the box stinks!

Does Not Last
This is the worst crystal litter I've ever used. They claim it'll last up to 15 days for two cats and we don't even get a week of use out of it before the box is saturated and stinks. I bought their entire automatic box system so I'm going to try it out with a different litter in one of the clean boxes I still have. Hoping I can find a plastic litter pan to fit under the box so we can still use it as an auto-clean box with different litter.

Convenient but pricey litter cartridges
The litter cartridges my self-cleaning litter system are easy to use and leak-proof. They are more convenient than my old system. They are a bit pricey and hard to find stores, but orderng online is simple. They don't last as long as claimed and are too big my trash can.

Quality is really down! If I can I’ll give no star
I’m a long time customer buying these boxes for 10 years now. The quality of the crystals are getting worse and worse. First the amount of the crystals in the bags are considerably less than it used to be. Then recently they are so fine almost like sand that they don’t absorb much and can’t be easily scooped by the machine. I’m very disappointed and consider alternatives as they are so expensive and unreliable. I understand for keeping the cost “low” you stopped printing anything on the boxes, you deliver them totally white, but please stop lowering the amount and quality of the product.

Not Thrilled
I got this litter box as a Christmas gift for my son. I have one senior cat he’s about 14 pounds iCan barely get two weeks out of one of these trays, which is making it incredibly costly. It becomes saturated and he refuses to go in it and I have had to clean poop off of the floor, many times, and occasionally urine as well.

Recommend for single cat use only
Does not work for more than one cat for more than a couple days before the litter thins out and smells bad. We have 2 cats. It does rake it though which is nice so for one cat, probably great!
