This PetSafe® Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence™ extra receiver collar can be used to add another dog to your PetSafe® In-Ground Fence™ system or as a replacement collar (not compatible with the UltraSmart® and YardMax® systems). The collar features 4 levels of static correction at a higher intensity especially for stubborn or hard-to-train dogs.

I love this system. My dog will be 4 years old shortly and we have not had any problems keeping him in his area. When I have needed replacement collar parts the company has been very prompt. It is so easy to change the collar battery since it is a standard 9 V battery.

It feels super sturdy and the adjustable strap made it easy to fit perfectly on my dog. Setting it up was quick, and it works great to keep my stubborn pup safe in the yard. My only small complaint is that the battery could last a little longer.

Most of the time, her behavior is great, but sometimes she can be really stubborn—especially when it comes to doing her business. Occasionally, she’ll go inside the house instead of using the backyard. But after using this collar, I noticed a big change in her behavior. She’s finally starting to obey, especially when it comes to where she should go. The collar is strong and easy to use. I do think the collar is a bit long, so it might feel slightly big, but it still works perfectly.I wish I had something like this years ago. I definitely recommend it.

Only thing is it’s a bit big for my small dog, so it took some adjusting to get it to fit right. Other than that, it works really well!

Doesn’t seem to be uncomfortable on him and it works great with the in-ground fencing we have installed. The battery life seems to be pretty good, lasts a long time. Overall would recommend this product to anyone that wants to keep their pet dogs safe in the yard.

I've had 2 collars for two dogs and recently had to replace one. It was 18 years old and didn't do well with our dogs swimming with them. I have 7 acres of underground fence and these dog collars work great !

Have had the system for 3 years one collar housing broke replaced it in February and the new one will not work now changed the battery tested it worked once then now with new battery has no power and doesn’t do anything now

Very poor quality plastic the inside where the rubber o-ring sits crumbles then the o-ring doesn't seal. Only got 18 months out of this one.

Randomly shocks my dogs

I have purchased At least 10 of these collars. I have now had three of them which just begin to randomly shock dogs wherever they are inside the fence. I have every have called about one of them and they were good to replace it I wish that there was another option that was safer for my pets. The ones this has happened on have been very traumatized.
