The only cream cheese I will use! Hands down the most reliable cream cheese for a home baker, never fails me and always the perfect consistency and texture! I mostly use it for cream cheese frosting but it is also great for cream sauces for savoury dishes as well and can be a substitute for things like milk or an extra egg in other baked goods when in a pinch.
