Q: Can this be used as a regular multi outlet ,Without using any smart devices. The spaces on this outlet is perfect for an air freshener and zevo bug plug-in which are quite bulky. Thank you.

I really like my smart devices about everything I have in my room is all tied to Alexa so I thought this would be a good addition to my room it took me a while to set it up because I had one thing plugged in while setting it up but you aren’t suppose to do that everything should be unplugged during the process of connecting it to the app so that was on me After I finished everything was great until I tried using the forth plug on the lower left It doesn’t power anything I try plugging into it and I’m not sure why (maybe it’s suppose to be that way?) I plan on returning this and getting a new one to at least try it one more time

My smarthome network runs on Z-wave and this cannot connect to that, so I have to go into another application to control this wifi switch. Thus, it cannot be used with any of my automations.

My wife wanted this in the bedroom for our lamps and sound bar. It works just as it is supposed to. You can use with your smart phone or through alexa or google. Then you can turn the lights on from another room before you get in the room. I love having hands free options. One of the plugs on this is normal not wifi. Overall this is a great device.

This plug is unique in the fact that it has three individually controllable smart plugs, and on plug that is on all the time (non smart/wifi). Just pop your outlet cover off and replace the screw with the one included, amd you'll be good to go! Overall would recommend.

Initially we used it only with app that we installed on my android phone and my husband's iPhone. App worked great on both the platforms and it is user friendly. It's just so convenient to turn on and off lights from wherever we are in the house. Recently we integrated with Google and now we just have to tell Google to stop the speaker or turn off the lights. Absolutely love these Philips outlets.

I love everything about it except that - it should have included some USB ports - the size should be smaller or made differently, currently its a bit bulky looking - the screw in the back made it difficult to initially consider placing but it worked out well. Despite the above, would def recommend it and rate it 5 stars. Works well with google home. Cannot wait for Christmas to add more to the outlets and have google do the work for me! I’ve tried other brands but this one works the best so far.

That is what you have from Philips with the Philips 4-Outlet WiFi Controlled Grounded Tap. The 4-Outlet WiFi Controlled outlet is a fantastic product. Three of the outlets are Wi-Fi controlled outlets, but the fourth is a traditional, always-on outlet. Having that functionality is so important as it still allows the wall outlet to have a constantly powered port. That means I can have the TV plugged into that port while I have lamps plugged in the other three. Then through the Philips app I can turn those lamps on and off while the TV remains powered. Philips has hit another home run with its Philips 4-Outlet WiFi Controlled Grounded Tap. It is a definite 10 in my book!

I guess I don't have a smart phone.it supposed to control all your electronic devices from this one device sad but until I get my daughter younger generation to figure this out for me Ill be using it for the reg part as for more plugs rather the the basic too
