Q: Does this mix have eggs in it? If it does not does that mean all gluten free cake mixes from Pillsbury egg free?

We recognize individuals with food allergies face challenges when making everyday food choices. Pillsbury has long been committed to providing consumers with as much information as possible about the ingredients in our products. Additionally, we follow all relevant U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling requirements. In response to your inquiry, this product does not have egg ingredients in it. Our products that contain one or more of the FDA’s priority allergens (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame, and soybeans) will include that information in bold on the label, usually next to the ingredient list. We will use a “May Contain” statement if the product doesn’t contain any of the FDA’s priority allergens, but is produced in an environment in which there’s potential for cross-contact with one of the FDA’s priority allergens. For the most up-to-date and correct information, we would suggest checking the ingredient information located on your package. Q: Are these nut free ?
A: Hi Dede, thanks for your question. Pillsbury Gluten Free Funfetti Cake Mix with Candy Bits does not contain nuts. Peanuts and Tree Nuts are priority allergens that we are required to label for. If the product contained peanuts or tree nuts, there would be a statement by the ingredients list that states contains Peanuts or Tree Nuts. If there was a chance for cross contamination the statement would say may contain Peanuts or Tree nuts. Please refer to the product label for the most accurate information.

Q: Do the sprinkles come already added in the cake mix? Or are they separate?
A: The sprinkles are already in the mix.

Q: Is this also dairy free?
A: This product does not contain dairy. It's Kosher D since it is made on shared dairy lines.
