This Pillsbury Shape Sugar Cookie Dough is heart-shaped and ready to bake! Each package comes with 20 pre-cut heart cookies, 10 white and 10 pink. Grab some icing and sprinkles and have fun decorating with the family. These sugar cookies are perfect for Valentine's Day or every day. You can even eat the edible cookie dough uncooked (look for our ""safe to eat raw"" seal!). Simply preheat the oven to 375° F (or 350° F for nonstick cookie sheet), place heart cookies on the ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool 1 minute before enjoying or decorating. Follow the recipe on the package to make your own tasty frosting.

Cute Valentine cookies
I saw a lady post this idea online and had to try it. Combing the heart shape cookie and the pillsbury heart sprinkle chocolate chip cookies. The dough is edible so since mine didn’t completely bake through I still felt safe eating them, lol.

*This is my second attempt reviewing these cookies because the first search result showed me the heart-shaped cookies, but took me to a page with round cookies that had hearts on them. My apologies.* I actually had no issues baking these cookies. They turned out soft, cute, and tasty. However, one cookie had a long hair inside of it, which caused me to choke, but I was able to pull it from my mouth/throat. It was a very long, blonde hair that was not visible from the outside of the cookie, which I know because it was the first one I ate, and I was looking at the cookie’s top and bottom thinking how cute it was, even without being iced/decorated. For the record, myself and the rest of my family have short, dark to medium brown hair, and these cookies were obviously not mixed in my home prior to baking anyway.

I followed the instructions. The middles weren't baked by the time the edges started getting brown. Now I have the worst of both worlds — overdone edges and underdone middles. Perhaps one is supposed to let the dough come to room temperature before baking — but if that's the case, there is NOWHERE on the box that says so. The instructions also don't say which rack to bake on.
