Q: I am aware the ingredients were updated. What ingredients were removed and what was added? Is this formula more or less natural now? I see others have asked similar questions but no "brand expert" has responded. Can anyone confirm?

Q: Did this stop coming wrapped in plastic? It always had been sealed in plastic but I purchased two bottles from a drive up order today and they were both unsealed with no plastic wrap. Are these faulty or did you stop using the plastic wrap?
