Sorry TMI but if this can help someone else it’s worth it. So during my pregnancy and afterwards due to hormonal changes I was suffering from BV. I looked up ways to help other than antibiotics and saw garlic can help. In less than a week I no longer had any odor! I have been taking it twice daily I am also breastfeeding and it hasn’t hurt my supply or my littles belly. To me I can still smell the garlic in the pills it’s very faint but it does not taste like garlic or leave a garlic taste which is most important to me I would absolutely recommend. Also not something I was expecting it I do believe it’s due to the garlic as well as nothing else has changed in my diet but I have noticed a significant decrease in bloating in my stomach!
