Doesnt seem to work for me. Ive tried other brands and they work. Still has the saffron taste to it but bot quite as effective.
It seems to make me more light sensitive.

only been using two weeks and is far to soon to be seeing if there are any benefits as most products take about 3 months to see if there are any benefits other than that the saffron capsuels are small in size and easy to take and dont leave a horrible taste
