Good paper
I bought two boxes because they look kind of skinny online. NOPE, they are full size boxes of paper, so I have it for daaaays now. That's ok. It's a good thick quality but not so thick that it's hard to fold up. It's also not waxed so you can use it for wrap. Unless you are smoking enough for an army, you only need one box for now.

Love the way it keeps in moisture. Still trying to get the hang of wrapping. It's a little hard to get off after cooking as the paper conforms to the meat.

I've been smoking for years but today was my first time using butcher paper and it was easy as pie (I normally do the full cook naked...the meat, not me). I did a simple 3-2-1 on 2 racks of ribs and they came out perfect. I did the butter and brown sugar deal when wrapping them and the paper held together with no tearing or sign of weakness. There was no puddling either since the paper was allowed to breathe, unlike foil. The bark was perfect and the meat didn't shed the rub like I thought it might. I'm very pleased with the paper and will absolutely use it again.

Absolutely love this! I never tried Butcher paper before so I used Pitboss's butcher paper to wrap a brisket and it definitely did its job. The paper helps maintain a nice bark versus wrapping in foil.

I'm getting ready to start in on my second roll. I've used it on almost every cook, I even used it as a lid on a bowl full of stuffing! I'm a believer now, and live havin the Pit Boss logo on it, Pit Boss proud!

The Pit Boss Butcher Paper is the Best, I have ever used. Its Very Durable and it gives the Meat a very nice bark and it doesn't dry out your food, like the others. Very Good product

My Favorite Butcher Paper!
No more need for foil! Once I got the Pit Boss butcher paper I haven't used anything else. I use it to wrap brisket, ribs, pork shoulder etc. The butcher paper allows the meat to still breathe and keeps the bark just the way I like it. This butcher paper is a great tool to use to speed up your cook while maintaining the moistness of the meat and the bark! I highly recommend this to everyone!

Great paper, it has multiple uses- I use to keep my trays clean when smoking, I use to cover the serving trays when serving. But the best use is to wrap those meats and keep those juices in while keeping the meat moist.

Killer butcher paper
I was regularly using foil for a lot of my cooks, and then I had the chance to utilize This butcher paper from pitboss..My 1st crack at it was with ribs, then again with some chuck roast, and again with some pork butt. Flat out gamer chager for me. I love it. It does the job to a T, while still allowing all that smoke to penatrate. I definitely recommend this to anyone

Love Pit Boss Butcher Paper
Pit boss butcher paper is perfect wrap for brisket. I love how it allows the meat to breathe. It decreases the cook time and saves the bark that we all work so hard to achieve. I use butcher paper to wrap meats, as well it makes great service sheets at bbq events! I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other brands but nothing compares to PitBoss Brand paper! I found that the meat smoked in PitBoss Paper is juicier and has more flavor! Also works great as table covering while seasoning meat and many other uses!

Makes all the difference with the brisket!!
Picked this butcher paper up after using aluminum foil for all my cooks. I was a little weary and scared, but all my fears were put to rest after just one use. It’s my go to for the “Texas Crutch” regularly. I use it to wrap up brisket, pork, chuck roast, ribs, just about anything you need to wrap! TBH, it also makes great backgrounds for presenting food or serving it up!

This butcher paper is strong, rips well, and it the right width for briskets. That means it's the right width for anything you're going to cook. Love it, already recommended it to my friends.
