Digestion
I have done very well with this product. My digestion has greatly improved since adding to my daily vitamin regime. I just wish Swanson could get the Triphala/Garcenia back in stock as it was even better. But this is a very good substitute.

I have been using this product for three months. The first 6 weeks, I used as directed and then used half the recommended dose. I couldn't be happier. This is a natural acting supplement. that consistently works for me and I have recommended it to others. All are having the same results, I first saw this on Dr. Oz and I am so glad I did!

New to this Product
This Product was highly recommended by Doctor Kulreet Chaudhary who appeared on the Dr. OZ show. She said it will help to fight those stubborn fat deposits as we age. I am not sure if it will work yet. I am new to this product. I just started taking it three weeks ago.

Convenient
I prefer this as it is Triphala in a pill form, much easier to take than the powder form. Works well for me whenever stress levels are high & digestive system is not working well. It seems to sooth and bring things back to normal.
